Startup platform Ideabaaz and investment network BeyondSeed have joined hands to launch a ₹100 crore fund aimed at backing promising early-stage startups with capital, mentorship, and investor access.
Ideas are everywhere. Turning them into businesses is where things get difficult.
That's the gap startup discovery platform Ideabaaz and global investment network BeyondSeed are looking to bridge with the launch of IdeabaazBeyondSeed100, a ₹100 crore initiative designed to back promising early-stage startups.
Unveiled during the BeyondXcelerate Pitch Day at the National Stock Exchange in Mumbai, the platform aims to offer more than just capital. Founders selected through the initiative will also gain access to mentorship, investor networks, strategic guidance, and business development support resources that are often just as valuable as funding for young startups.
The initiative will primarily focus on ventures emerging from the Ideabaaz ecosystem, including participants from Ideabaaz Season 2, the upcoming Ideabaaz Startup Fest 2026, Demo Day, and other entrepreneurship programs.
At a time when raising early-stage capital remains challenging for many founders, the launch reflects a growing trend: investors are increasingly looking to build ecosystems, not just write cheques.
For entrepreneurs, that could make all the difference. Access to the right introductions, mentorship, and market opportunities often determines whether a startup becomes just another idea or the next big company.
With IdeabaazBeyondSeed100, the two platforms are betting that India's next generation of founders needs more than money they need a launchpad.
